Referral Marketing Disclosure

You should know how Dependingexist Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This page lays out our role. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What Dependingexist Tree Service Is
Dependingexist Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not do tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, tree trimming, or any other tree service.
When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.
How We Get Paid
Providers or marketing partners may pay Dependingexist Tree Service for the calls, form requests, or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether someone picks up. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.
This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to. The provider sets the price.
Providers Stand on Their Own
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Dependingexist Tree Service. Each provider alone answers for:
- Its quotes, prices, and terms
- The quality, safety, and timing of its work
- Its licenses, insurance, and certifications
- How it talks and acts with you
Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that moment.
The Choice Is Yours
You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions. Check their insurance. Ask for a quote in writing. Compare it with other quotes before you decide.
Call Recording
Calls made through this site may be tracked. In some cases they are recorded. We use this to check quality, verify details, and handle billing.
